About the Poet:
Born and raised in the Washington-Escobedo Neighborhood in Mesa, Arizona, Oscar Mancinas is a Rarámuri-Chicanx poet, prose writer, PhD candidate, and teacher. His debut collection of short fiction is forthcoming from Arte Público Press.
